Golf Section – Ladies

The Ladies’ Section of the Club was formed in the 1920s and is open to all Lady Members of the Club.

We currently have around 40 members playing Medal or Stapleford competitions every Tuesday over 18 or 9 holes in the winter months. There are a large number of trophies to be played for including the Ladies Spring Open and Ayres Cup, The Jane Barter Trophy, The Bawn Flag and a new trophy this coming year – The Famous Grouse Foursomes, to name but a few.

Our section also hosts a number of open competitions inviting players from other Kent clubs to compete.

We also play a full fixture card of friendlies against other local clubs including Westgate, Princes and Chestfield. Many of our section also play in our Mixed friendlies throughout the summer months.
