Members Booking Booking

Subscriptions are £20 per year and are payable at the AGM or soon afterwards. The fee includes all Saints and Sinners competitions. A reduced fee of £10 per year may be paid by members who do not wish to enter any competitions, but will be eligible to play at the Invitational Meeting, Captain’s Day and the Christmas Meeting. Members who have made an exceptional contribution to the Section may be nominated as Honorary Members and their subscriptions will be waived. The cost of meals is not included in the subscriptions.

The Committee consists of Captain, Vice-Captain, Secretary and Treasurer who are elected for the year at the AGM. The Committee is responsible for all competitions including the eligibility of entries, the draw where applicable and the verification of results. All draws are made by the Captain.

Dates for all competitions will be arranged by the Secretary before the start of the year and published on the card provided to members on payment of the subscription. The rules for each Competition are shown on the trophies page.

Certain competitions are drawn prior to day and start times displayed on the notice board.

All Competitions, except for Qualifiers, are Stableford and played off the yellow tees. Qualifiers are either Medal or Stableford as shown on the fixture card.

Cards will be scrutinised by the Captain or his nominee. All cards for Qualifying matches are submitted to the Club office for entry into the computer system and re-calculation of handicaps.

Tee off times for all competitions are between 7.30am and 8.50am on Mondays (except during December and January when they start at 8.00am).

Prize Giving will take place at the Captain’s Day and the Christmas Meeting.
